Does your child love to watch Sid the Science Kid on PBS? Brandon does! There’s something about the catchy tune and the every-day projects they do that’s so easy to relate to and accessible for pre-school aged children. In the show, the kids go to school, perform everyday tasks like washing hands, and introduce kids to special events like getting flu shots. Sid is really interested in how things work, and uses his microphone to interview people.

Brandon saw the microphone, and immediately said, “Sid Science Kid!” He loves playing with it, but doesn’t quite understand the concept of interviewing yet. There are 4 buttons – applause, laughter, Sid’s theme song and silly sounds, and a fun “echo” button that changes your voice to sound like it’s echoing. This one is Brandon’s favorite, and he sings his ABCs and other songs that he knows. Even if you don’t watch Sid the Science Kid, this microphone is still a lot of fun!

Fun push-button features let you create applause noise after you’ve interviewed someone, laughter noise when you’ve told a joke and even the Sid the Science Kid series theme song and silly sounds when you’re ready to sing! For extra fun, set it to “echo mode” and listen to your voice echo…echo…echo… everywhere you go!

Electronic microphone, modeled after the one in the television series, lets kids tell jokes, interview and sing with its laughter, applause, theme song and echo features! Includes 3 “AAA” batteries. Ages 3 and up.
