I was recently introduced to Bake Me A Wish when my parents received the Chocolate Truffle Lava Cakes from my cousin as a Thank You gift. They were raving about this awesome cake they got, and made me come over to try some. Wow! They come with instructions on how to warm them up in the oven or microwave and turn out deliciously ooey gooey.

Bake Me A Wish sent me the Chocolate Mousse Torte Cake to review, and it did not disappoint. The cake is moist and fluffy, and the mousse is light and not overly sweet. There is just enough frosting so that you are still eating a cake with frosting, and not frosting with cake. It comes well packaged with ice packs to keep your cake cool and fresh in its fancy gold box, with a personalizable greeting card. You can also choose what you’d like the chocolate plaque to say.

Description of the Chocolate Mousse Torte Cake:

Two chocolate layers filled with luscious chocolate whipped cream mousse, then covered with milk chocolate frosting and a dark chocolate glaze. Garnished with fudge rosettes and dark chocolate shaves.
