Let me just get this out of the way, and tell you that I LOVE BOON!!!! I love ALL of their products. We own several Boon products – the Flair high chair, the Bath Goods, the Flo spout cover, and the Potty Bench. I previously did a review of the Potty Bench, and I’m so excited to be able to share with you (in my opinion) the pinnacle of high chair awesomeness, the Boon Flair high chair. Please take a moment to stop and wipe your drool. Hehe. Every child needs a high chair, and this is hands down the best high chair available for purchase (that I have seen).

Brandon has had a Flair since he started sitting up, and some of my favorite moments occurred in this high chair. Babies’ first foods are so fun and exciting, and besides being great to look at, this chair will make your life so much easier when you’re focused on tending to your little one. Cleanup is a snap with the extra dishwasher-safe cover that snaps on top of the tray. There are no cracks or crevices where food can get stuck, as the seat is completely seamless. The padded seat can also be removed for washing, as well as the 5-point safety harness.

The wide (and extremely stable) silver base holds 6 urethane casters that make moving the chair around easy and ensure that your floors will not be scratched. The chair glides smoothly across any surface (including our rug), and this is great for moving it out of the way when you don’t need it. I didn’t think moving around the high chair would be important until I used one that had to be literally picked up and moved. Being able to move the chair around in any direction is especially helpful in smaller spaces, like apartments or smaller rooms. There’s also a hands-free braking system, and a pneumatic lift to make sure your kiddo is sitting at just the right height. This is great if you have multiple locations for feeding, or for when your child grows up – you can remove the tray and use it as a child’s chair at the table.

You’re only going to have one high chair in your life, and it’s going to last you about 4 years and will probably get used every single day multiple times. You may as well get something you’re going to be really happy with and want to look at every day.
