Do you go to the bathroom at home?  Do you cook with meat?  Do you ever leave your house?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need to make sure you have a hands-free soap dispenser in your house.  Haha, all joking aside, this soap dispenser really does make sure you keep those germs off the pump.  Have you ever thought about how your hands are dirty before you wash them, but then you have to touch the soap dispenser, and the faucet before your hands are clean, and then you touch the faucet again to turn it off?  Are your hands dirty again now?

I have a really anal way of washing my hands when I’m away from home when not everything is hands-free.  Most places are nowadays, but you still see old-school faucets, dispensers, and paper towel dispensers.  Here’s my ADD routine:

1. dispense the paper towels and let it hang off the dispenser
2. turn on the faucet, get soap, and wash hands
3. grab paper towels and try hands
4. use paper towels to turn off faucet
5. use paper towels to open door
6. hold door open with foot
7. throw paper towels into nearest trash can

Hey, I warned you it was crazy.  Anyway, same should go for your house when you are handling raw meats, or when you are using the bathroom.  This is a great way to teach your kids how to stay clean and germ-free because it’s fun and easy to use too!  My favorite scent is the Green Tea, but they all smell fresh and clean.

Here’s a review from my lovely husband who is helping me out because I’m still sick:

We were recently sent the Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System to review.   The version that we received as Cucumber Splash scented, however there is also a Green Tea scent available.

This unit is essentially the same automatic soap dispenser that you see in malls and restaurants, except that it was designed for your home.  The system is designed as two parts: a main dispenser that detects your hand presence, and a refillable soap container that you can eject when it’s empty.

We promptly installed it in our kitchen when we received it.  It works well, just as advertised; I haven’t had it not dispense soap yet.  It also gives you a decent amount of soap – I’ve seen some pretty stingy automatic dispensers.

The soap is actually quite nice.  It’s not overpowering as far as scent is concerned and it doesn’t dry out your hands.  Also, it’s anti-bacterial, so you’ll know that your kids hands are getting clean.

There’s also a battery life indicator to tell you when the batteries are low.  We’ve been using it for a while and haven’t had any battery issues yet.

Apparently each soap bottle for the dispenser can dispense 166 soap servings.

I think that after we’re done reviewing this product, that I’ll buy it again at the store.  It’s nice that Brandon can easily get the soap out when he washes his hands.  The dispenser doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb in the kitchen; it blends in well.  All in all I’m quite pleased with this product and highly recommend it.
