Over the years. the business has grown and been passed down from generation to generation. The family still follows the same original recipe for the almond toffee that Chet perfected almost 60 years ago. The family has also created a delectable selection of fine chocolates, which like the toffee, is blended with only the freshest natural ingredients to create luxurious and unique creations that are shipped around the world.

So, I’m not generally a huge chocolate fan (though Brandon sure is!).  However, I LOVE toffee, especially the kind with lots of nuts.  And I don’t mean stale nuts, or soggy nuts (you know what I’m talking about).  I mean crunchy, delicious, fresh, generous helpings of nuts.  I have purchased toffee at many different chocolate boutiques, so I was really surprised when I took my first bite of Enstrom’s Milk Chocolate Almond Toffee, and it totally blew me away!

Enstrom’s has perfected the balance of nuts to toffee, with just the right amount of chocolate enrobing it.  It’s then covered in a dusting of crushed almonds.  They use only the freshest ingredients, and there are only five – almonds, butter, sugar, milk chocolate, and salt.   You can really taste each ingredient.  If you like toffee, you HAVE to try Entsrom’s!

The 1 lb box contains large pieces of fresh toffee, which can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer to maintain freshness.  In the freezer, it will keep up to 4-6 months.  It says that one box generously serves 10 people, but I finished the whole thing by myself in less than a week.  :D  Yum!!

Besides their famous toffee, Enstrom’s also carries toffee popcorn, mini toffee squares, various gourmet chocolates, and sugar-free versions of their popular items.  Enstrom’s also has some recipes for delicious baked goods you can make with your almond toffee.  I would love to try the toffee cookies!  Too bad I ate all my toffee.  :(
