The K.Amato jewelry collections are now available at over 150 stores nationwide and internationally in London and Canada. The stunning designs have been featured in publications like Vogue, Lucky, People and US Weekly to name a few and have garnered a celebrity following including Rachael Ray and Eva Longoria Parker. Seven years since the launch of K.Amato, Kristen’s clientele has grown from a few friends to a following of fashionistas who anxiously await future collections.
The first time I visited k-amato.com, I think I was stuck there for about 30 minutes, reviewing the pieces over and over. Her jewelry is so unique and interesting, but still subtle and understated at the same time. I’m not a huge jewelry person (I usually wear the same things every day), but for special occasions I like to have a little something different. At the same time, I am not much of a flashy or overly trendy type of person, so I want to make sure my pieces will last for a while. K.Amato is all of these things. My favorite thing about K.Amato is that she allows you to customize the piece to exactly how you want it. She gives a selection of colors for the beads, and you can usually choose from gold or silver. Some pieces also allow you to add an initial. Her pieces speak for themselves, so I will show you a few of my favorites:
I was sent a set of earrings to review, and agonized over which ones to choose. Here I am on Valentine’s Day, wearing the Hubbard earrings. They make me feel pretty and girly, but not overly flashy or loud. I can see why she has a celebrity following. I LOVE Kristen’s designs, and I will definitely be back for more!

Jewelry and me..interesting question as I make my own and have for many years. I think the best fun I have had is bartering with other jewelry crafters so that I can show case their wearable art while they do the same for my creations. Maybe someday I’ll finally be inspired to blog and show off some of my designs.
