Last month, I reviewed the personalized Flip Mino HD Video Camera from CafePress, and I’m so happy to be able to share another great product from CafePress with you! CafePress allowed us to design our own SIGG bottle, and after much tinkering around, I decided to go with one of the templates that CafePress provides.
You can choose from several different templates – some allow you to upload a picture of your own, and some allow you to just customize the text. Of course, you can always purchase one that’s been designed by someone else, or you can upload a completely new design of your own. You can give it a try by going to CafePress.com, and clicking on the SIGG designer in the upper right.
I’ve been wanting to try out the Sigg bottles for a while now, because Brandon drinks a lot of water and we are on the go a lot. This bottle has been really great so far, and as promised, doesn’t leave any lingering odor or taste in the liquids. Brandon loves his new SIGG bottle, and carries it around everywhere!

Random story, but a few months ago I was shopping in Target and overheard these two teenage girls talking. The first one was admiring the display of reusable bottles (the kind that resemble SIGG) and the second one had to loudly point out that she was not allowed to get one because then she would be “those people.” “What people?” The first one asked. “Those people that carry around THOSE kind of bottles,” the second one replied. I wondered to myself what was wrong with “those people” and that maybe it is a popular thing to do because it’s good for you and the environment and not just trendy!

Don’t know if it’s a story per se, but I have two reusable bottles (25 oz) that I use religiously now that I run 8 miles a day. (My new year’s resolution!)
One has a bottle on it and says “My glass is always half full” the other is black with a white skull and cross bones…I versatile, what can I say!

I own 3 Siggs. I do have a story! I thought I lost my SiGG at someone’s house that I didn’t know so well. We went there for a meeting and I had to call around to get the number to the stranger’s home and finally got ahold of them… frantic that I lost my beloved (paid over $20 for it and would be willing to fight for it) bottle. They hadn’t seen it. I actually thought someone at the meeting stole it or knew it was mine so took it home…
only to… a week later find it sitting underneath the seat in my car. It must had fallen.

I use a reusable bottle that flips open on the top and my grandkids like to drink out of it, but they put their whole mouth on it and that grosses me out. I always have to empty it and start over…can’t stand backwash.

the only real story about bottles is that this summer i got 2 aluminum super hero bottles at a tag sale…still in their wrappers for 25 cents each…don’t know if their kids didn’t like the designs ,but my nephews did…and then i saw them at Target for 14.99 each!

We have been trying for months to find reusable water bottles that will fit our cup holders. The measurements we have to work with are 2.75″ across and 7.5″ high. We keep finding water bottles that are 2.8″ across, or are 2.5″ and therefore don’t fit snugly and tip over if the car’s moving (what’s the point?). Most bottles are too high and then also tip over. We’ve recently gone into a sports store twice, bought a water bottle, brought it out to the car, gone back into the store, and returned it. Hey, I didn’t say it was a good story. I think we’ll have to give up on having them fit our cup holders. It can’t be done. But I still want a good reusable bottle — to drink outside of the car.

My favorite re-usable bottle is actually a huge mug-style plastic bottle with a staw that I got from the hospital when I had my daughter. The thing is so big that I could drink water from it all day, and it does a really good job of keeping the liquids cold (because I have to have my water super, super cold)!
