On another note, I just baked cookies for the first time in years!  It must be the Holiday spirit that drove me to such a crazy endeavor.  They’re oatmeal chocolate chip, from this recipe, and I followed the comments and used 1 3/4 c flour and 1 tsp baking soda baking at 335 for 12 min, and used 2/3 c brown sugar instead of 1 c.  Worked like a charm!  Unfortunately, I got lazy at the end, and put two sheets in instead of just one, and apparently it doesn’t work like that.  They came out flat and wet.    The first sheet came out well though.  Now I know for next time (we’ll see when THAT is!).
