We never had a big trampoline at our house. (“too dangerous”) Mom did have a “Rebounder” mini trampoline for exercise that my sister and I had a great time bouncing on!

When my oldest daughter was just 2, our neighbors had a trampoline. Their 6 yr-old daughter would take my 2 yr-old onto the trampoline and play so nicely with her. My daughter loved to sit in the middle and be bounced around (gently) as our neighbor gingerly skipped around her. It was so cute to watch…funny too!

Trampoline Story? Well…we had my daughter’s 2nd birthday party at an indoor gym. IT was a great party except for there was only 1 trampoline like this and 4 frustrated toddlers waiting for a turn!!

My only trampoline story is from my childhood–a cousin had one of the large old-style kind with very few safety precautions. Another cousin fell off, had an ER visit and some stitches. I’m really glad the newer versions have such great safety features so my kids’ generation can enjoy trampoline fun without the stitches!

Mine isn’t a trampoline story, but my son is SUCH a big jumper! He has been since he was a little squirt! He loves going to bounce houses, and started jumping extremely early for his age! He is a pro at 20 months, and I’d love to have this trampoline for him for Xmas!

Thanksgiving about 10 years ago my cousin was jumping on my other cousin’s giant trampoline when… well, there was a trip to the ER and a broken collarbone. How I wish 50% of our Holidays didn’t end with someone visiting the hospital.

Trampoline story: our toddler goes to a gymnastics class, where he uses a trampoline every week. He learned the “seat drop”….which he frequently does at home on our hardwood floors. Uh, we would love to win this.

my sister has a small trampoline they keep indoors that they bought at a yard sale. it is fraying with a bunch of wires protruding. my son was jumping on it and fell through!

i just love the Waterfall Bath Toy

well, i was like 6 years old and my parents and i had been invited to the pastors house for dinner! we showed up at around 4pm on sunday afternoon and of course all the kids headed streight to the back yart where they had i giant trampoline set up.
we jumped, screamed and tossed around a little orange ball untill dinner was called and i ate a big dinner having worked up an appitite jumping so much, and we got back on the trampoline and you guessed it i got sick all ovet the place and my parents must have been so embarised.

My friend had a trampoline when I was younger..I kept bouncing & bouncing, trying to do a somersault, when I mid-turned & hit ny knees, then head on the side-metal- lucky I didn’t kill myself!! As it was I had JRA & messed up my knees, bruised them BAD..what we didn’t know then was I had blood clot disorder, not discovered until 8 yrs ago -researchers disc mid 90s- so I really was lucky!!

When I was younger my sister and I got a minitaure trampoline for Christmas one year, we loved that thing but after a while we outgrew it and it just sat in the corner. One day I wanted to put on a concert for my mom and sister and couldn’t find my microphone. I walked over to the tramploine unscrewed on of the legs and had the perfect mic. I used that trampoline leg in place of a mic for years!

Okay, I have two “funny” trampoline stories. The first was when I was a little girl at my cousin’s house and all of my big mean boy cousins were bumping me all over. I went flying up in the air and when I came down it was right next to the tramp, flat on my feet. It hurt so bad!

The second time was at my very first boy/girl party as a preteen. lol They had a trampoline and I was getting on with a very rickety stool and fell bad flat on my back. It hurt so bad I couldn’t breathe for a minute or two. Awful!!! And they all just stood there laughing at me, not helping me up. I got new friends soon after that. lol

We didn’t have a trampoline so I don’t really have a story, but I do have many fond memories of spending the night at my friend’s house in the summer and we would sleep on her trampoline…made sleeping so much more fun!

I never had a trampoline growing up but I do remember going with my parents and sister to a place that had about 8 huge trampolines all lined up and you paid so much a 1/2 – 1 hour to jump on them. I remember doing flips and having a ball. I came close a few times to the edge but never got hurt. That sure brings back memories.
