Some of the items that I am drooling over at Maukilo are Haba Grilled Chicken (SO CUTE!), Selecta Farm Play Set, and Bruder Tow Truck w/Jeep.

Maukilo sent us a Gymnic & Rody Jumping Horse for review. This inflatable jumping horse has been around for over 25 years, and exceeds all European and US toys standards. Rody is made of latex-free vinyl in Italy, and can be customized to your child’s needs by inflating it less or more. Rody comes in 12 different colors, and retails for $44.95. It doesn’t come with a pump, but if you have any kind of pump at home, it does come with a pump adapter tip so you can use any pump. I blew mine up manually, and it worked just fine.

Rody teaches children coordination and balance, and also burns off lots of energy – believe me! I tried it myself (it says up to 400 lbs?! – did I read that right?) and was promptly out of breath after hopping around the house. Brandon was extremely amused. Maukilo also carries a rocking base to turn Rody into a rocking horse!

I like the Headge hog crinkle toy! and the other Clutching toys. Since my baby isnt born yet i think they would be good for her to use in order to get used to noices and learning to Hold things!

My Grandson wants one of these “Rody” horses – he played on one @ a B-day party, and we almost NEVER got him off it – thought we were going to have to wait until he fell asleep to go home!!!! This site has really wonderful, quality toys for children of all ages.

Extra entry–I love the Rody jumping horse! I’d love one for my little guy! Big thumbs up for Bruder vehicles as well–we have a Bruder Jeep similar to the one they stock, and the details on it are great. Really nicely made and reasonably priced for such great quality.

I have been a regular vistor of Maukilo’s website since last year before Christmas. I have to say that Haba is my very favorite brand for kid toys and I’d get the marble run for my son. SO awesome to be able to build and learn.

I signed up for a Babybix account. I had never heard of it before, but I think the most useful features to me would be tracking growth and the journal page. I have 3 older kids who don’t need their feeding or sleep tracked, but a new baby on the way in a few weeks so the rest of that might come in handy. It will be interesting to find out.
