A little bit about Patch Products:

Patch Products sent us a Pass the Pup for review.  Pass the Pup is recommended for kids ages 3 and up, and is meant for 2 or more players.  Press on the pup’s belly, and “Who Let the Dogs Out?” starts playing for a random length of time.  It’s kind of like hot potato meets musical chairs, and you don’t want to be the one holding the pup when the song ends.

The pup has a little pack on his back which holds the playing cards.  If you are the one holding the pup when the music ends, you have to pick a card and do the action on the card, which will be something dog-related like barking, rolling over, etc.  There are also “flea” cards, at which point everyone tickles that person, or they can jump like a flea 5 times.  The person with the least number of cards at the end wins.  I can see this being modified slightly to be a lot of fun for adults!  Haha.  This will be a great way for younger kids to start playing family games.  What a great gift idea!
