Baby mealtime just got easier, smarter and a lot more fun. Inspired by the playful idea that if you can mash it, smash it, oosh it, goosh it, shake it, coat it or stir it, your baby can participate in the process of preparing meals. With eebee’s Mix & Mash adventures parents of babies and toddlers can play a game, build nutritional skills, and have story time – all while feeding their baby!
We often don’t give babies enough credit. Did you know babies can cook?
eebee’s Mix and Mash board book and DVD is the first cook with your baby book available! It features 6 fun recipes to share with your baby from age 6 months and up. The DVD is so much fun! It features Julie Auclair and Kristy Glass, and they actually show you how to cook with eebee, while describing the nutritional benefits and fun ways to let your baby participate.
The 6 recipes included are:
It’s a great idea to get your baby started early on helping out in the kitchen, and it’s a fun way to get them to try fresh new foods that aren’t out of a jar. All of the ingredients are very mild, for babies 6 months old, and contain optional ingredients for older kids too! I never thought Brandon could help cook in the kitchen at such a young age, but the activities in this book include things like smashing cereal in a bag with a pan, shaking a snap-top container to help mix, and helping baby pour water into the bowl. Most of the time, we just don’t have time to “make” baby food, but this book and DVD make it easy to work with your baby to make fun and healthy well-rounded meals.
You can purchase eebee’s Mix & Mash Book and DVD online at amazon.com, or at a bookstore near you starting November 4th. The set retails for $12.95, but is on sale at amazon for $10.36.
Sterling Publishing and The Every Baby Company would like to offer one lucky babybix blog reader their very own eebee’s Mix & Mash Book and DVD!

I signed up for an account and I like the journal feature…I never have time to keep a journal anymore and it’s easier to do it online rather than have to sit and write it out!

I recently let my son help me make chocolate chip cookies (he’s 17 months old) and it was so much fun to let him pour the flour and sugar in! He loved it and I’m glad he’s getting to the age where he can help! So fun!
