target: paul frank rain gear on sale

wow!  i’m surprised that these are on sale, since they just came in recently.  the clothing items are still regular price, but the rain gear is all 50% off!   this rain jacket was $12.99, on sale for $6.48.  you can also use the $2 paul frank coupon (through 8/29) for a total of 65.5% off!  i would have gotten one, but as you can see, brandon didn’t really care for it.  :)
