down to 1 nap!
26 Feb 2009brandon is almost one year old (next week), and in the past couple of days, he has been down to 1 nap! it’s crazy! it seems like just yesterday when he was sleeping every 2 hours.
according to this chart on babycenter, he should still be taking 2 naps, but i know all kids are different. he does sleep about 10 – 11 hours at night. he’s always been slightly lower than the numbers on this chart for total sleep, but he is such a happy baby that i don’t worry about him not getting enough. plus, the article says these numbers are plus or minus 2 hours.
